Heirloom. A Korean hybrid that is commonly dried & ground to make the chili paste, gochujang. Also good fresh for stir-fries & roasting. Produces good yields of 6" long pendant-shaped peppers that ripen from green to bright red. They have a big, fruity & complex flavor with a mild heat level, similar to jalapenos, but with more spice & pungency. Ht: 3'. Exp.: sun. Maturity: 90-140 days. 500-2,500 Scoville heat units.
